Wanted to stop in an say hey, tell you whats up. Swimming is it, the answer ive been looking for. its working ! Down another 9 pounds! Now swimming 4-5 days a week, for 11/2 hours, non stopping! life is good, feeling great
Woohoo ! Congratulations !! Swimming was and still is my one of my go to exercises, that and walking was what I started with just before WLS. Easy ! Keep up the good work !! You got this !!
