@fluffyjewel...on day one here and I am drained and my head hurts as well. March 3 seems like forever!!!!!people have told me it gets better after day 3. I certainly hope so!!!!!

@@kaninag my physician told mr the length of the preoperative diet depends on your BMI. 35 - 40 is 7 days. Over 40 is 14 days.

I am a self pay as well and I am having my surgery done in a surgical center. However, I am staying two nights. I will leave with a drain and will have to return in 5 to 7 days post op to have the drain removed.

I am scheduled to be sleeved on March 3!! I start my pre-op on diet on February 24. I am nervous and exited at the same time!!! Yesterday I purchased my protein shakes, vitamins and supplements. I have stocked the freezer with sugar free popcicles and loaded up on sugar free jello. My biggest fear is the first couple weeks of recovery!!! Uggggghhhhhh... I have 90 to 100 pounds to lose and I cannot even imagine life at 140-145 pounds!!

My daughter turns 21 tomorrow and up this point, it has been all about her. So, I decided 2015 was going to be all about ME! I'm scheduled for March 3, 2015!!!
