If any of you have allergies or colds, part of the problem is the congestion doesn't have as wide a "pipe" as before. If drinking hot tea/hot Soup does not help, you may have to be unfilled a bit until you get over the cold, sinus, etc. Banded 6/29/05 262195.5115 -

Having a little removed may help. You could try hot tea before a meal and see if you relax enough to eat.
