That really sucks! My mom actually said about the same thing when I told her I was thinking about it. Then I explained all of the benefits the surgery would have and It is no different then asking for my tubes tied! Which I dont have done either but you get the point. I am lucky my best friend is actually having the surgery first and is how I even found out about it! I hope I was supportive when she first told me, I think I was more curious though lol. Good Luck, and Just remember that you have to come first and if anyone doesn't like the fact that your making your health your priority then forget them!

I do have a long carted history since I was 15! Plus I went through fertility treatment because of it! So crossing my fingers! I also have a family history of diabetes and heart problems. Ill bring tis info to my pcm for my referral for sure!

Thanks! Yeah the closest to me when We move in April will be Keesler. I have a friend I can stay with for appointments ect if they are willing! Guess ill have to call and find out. Can I ask how much did it cost you out of pocket?
