Hi I currently have the band and am trying to decide if I should have the revision to RNY or sleeve. I struggle with constipation so need to know which one will be better for my constipation trouble?

I have tried the sugar free and it is just nasty!! That should keep me from drinking it though. I just wondered if anyone has any sugar free suggestions that taste good?

Did y'all have to lose a certain amount of weight prior to seeing the surgeon? I am trying to get approved for a revision from band to bypass but have to lose 15 lbs first. Any tips?

I had a lap band in 2008 that has been a tremendous failure. I have been so sick with it that I had to have all the fluid removed from it. My doctor suggests a revision from the lap band to a RNY. I need to lose 10 lbs before I can meet with the surgeon. Any suggestions on how to lose 10 lbs fast?
