Thanks, everyone, for all the helpful comments. I bought some chewables this week and will try them. I'll try the others too, if these don't work.

I find that I need more Fiber in my diet. I am extremely constipated all the time! Does anyone take anything like FiberPlus chewables, or anything of that nature? Thanks for any help.
