Is it too tight?

I had a milkshake the other day and I think I drank it too quickly now I have curdled milk that keeps coming back up, how do I stop it from happening?

So I've been banded for about four months now, since September 2014, and I've only lost 5kg! I go to the gym three times a week, and I have 14.5ml in a 20ml band. I'm still hungry all the time, and I hardly ever feel full, is there something wrong with my band, or is it just me?
