Todays plan is pretty much the same as yesterday. I did not get the elliptical done last night. We make one large shopping run every month. and then only get fresh produce here and there. I wanted to get that done before the first of the month. So I met Jen and the boys and helped her. We ate at Arbys and it went good. I did not have any time to elliptical last night. 40 minutes elliptical tonight. I substitute an apple for a greek yogurt. Other than that same lunch!.

Actually I think we are going to ship the boys off to Mimi's wed night this coming week. But I am pretty sure it has been at least 4 months since we have gone anywhere. I have an awesome and very patient wife. Trucking is tough on a family..

only from what I read and not personal experience, that would seem to me as a better way. I will try to link the article later on tonight, and it may help you make your decision. I love the fiber idea.

I just searched it again and found an article that said your body turNs the extra proteins into glucose and if you dont burn it.. that will be stored as fat..

@@s_suther I have a suggestion about your protein shake at lunch. I read an article a blue million years ago and it always stuck in mind. It said that the typical body only absorbs 25-30g of protein in one sitting. So if you was to split that shake in two with a couple hrs between, you may be better off. I cannot say this is 100% fact, and I am not being critical. Just thought id pass the info on.

I found a good b fast for on the go. El Monterey lean burrito. Turkey sausage egg cheese whole grain shell. 220 cal 11g protein. $.89 @ Kroger.

Sorry I did not check in last night, I was hanging with the family. Meals went decent. Kinda a large supper. Water all good. Exercise came up short. Although we took the boys to a place called jumpin jacks. I think I crawled at least 3 miles with my boys. Lol. Todays plan.. I have around 1200 cal in the truck today. Im planning on some control at supper so should be around 1500. Trying 1hr walk at work and need 35 min on the elliptical. Need to hear from my peeps @@s_suther @@2babutterfly @@JustWatchMe @@enjoythetime @@nailpro00

I'm digging all the hard work! @@enjoythetime @@JustWatchMe I read a book some time back (being a constant dieter some else prob. read it too) the authors whole point of her diet was only eating when you are physically hungry. That would be the stomach growl. She said to welcome the hunger. Right before your stomach growls, your body will burn some stored fat. I try to eat by this and it can be tricky to sort them out. That said, she also highjacks scripture from the Bible to make her points. And to the student of the Word, it is both wrong and irritating. But the eating part makes a lot of sense. Yesterday the eating was good up until after my meeting. I only had a small square piece of pizza and after the meeting, my boss told me I had web based training to do. Long story short, I ate a Wendy's chili on the way home and then my wife had made a wonderful meal and I had a bowl of beef n noodles. I should have planned better. The lunch I packed would have been fine for a regular day but the regular day turned in to 17 hrs away from the house. Water went in. No exercise to speak of. Today's plan. I'm fixin to go for a walk outside. It's cold (15) the winds are high, but I do not care. I'm aiming for over 3 miles. I have a dentist appt. this morning then we are taking the boys to do something fun. Meals will prob. be on the go all day but we will be busy. Ya'll keep up the good work and have a good un!

Since I have not been buying food on the road, and on the way home, we have quite a bit more money in the checkbook between paydays. More than enough to pay for a family membership to the YMCA. I think we are going to check it out tomorrow. @@enjoythetime sacrifice= rewards.

I weighed this morning. Lost another 2 pounds. Plan for today is pretty similar to yesterday. I'm prob gonna ditch the b fast I packed. Not the best food choice. They have fresh fruit at my first stop. If it looks good that is what will happen. We have a meeting at 3 pm. And the e mail said in bold letters pizza WILL BE SERVED. so I will prob only eat part of my lunch and go for 1 piece at the meeting. Gonna try to hit 1hr walk and 300 step ups. I will take a break from e-kill.

Just checkin in. I did not eat a couple of things in my lunch and I stopped for a mcD coffee and nutria grain bar. dinner went well. Exercise went 30 min walk at work and 35 min at home on e-kill. Water all in! Got asked to work my day off tomorrow, so I'm off to bed. Hope we all did well!

Morning all! I have a plan. I payed close attention to what I packed in my lunch box. I have 800 calories with me in the truck. I ordered a food scale so it should be here in a few days. Exercise will probably be light at work. I have more seat time than ground time. I aint complaining, it was -10 when I started. I plan to get on the elliptical tonight. Have a good un ya'll!

@@s_suther That church is doing some amazing things! Meals were on track. Water was plentiful. Killed it at work. Walked 1 1/2 hr. 300 step ups. 35 minutes elliptical when I got home! Hope everyone killed it!

I put a bid on a food scale (ebay junkie). I know I should be better prepared for my meals.

I ate more than I planned to. I ate past full both lunch and supper. I ate 5 cookies that was not on the plan. Little water. Did get exercise. I am afraid to slip back into the binge cycle.

18 degrees this morning. So this fat guy hit the elliptical instead of a much wanted outside walk. 30 minutes. I bumped up the resistance from 3 to 4. Kicked my tail. I hope all is well in Tennessee @s_suther I saw that White and Scott counties got a ton of ice. Have a good day ya'll.
