    Hey peeps, Late wed night I got a call from the boss that said to pack for a couple days me and another guy was headed to the ky on a secret emergency mission.lol. so we have been moving jet fuel within the airport. So we have been up for 30 hours. We are headed to the motel and will be home tonight. Back to our reg deal tomorrow. We split a ham n cheese samich about 10 last night.. (someone forgot the cooler and their cell at the motel.) Oops. Back on track in the morning.

    One thing I love about being more active is that I now have more energy to do the thing that NEED to get done. If you all know anyone that trucks for a living, you know there is no 9-5 in trucking. It usually ends up 12-14 hrs a day.(and NO I am not complaining) When you get home grass still needs cut, vans still need brakes, neighbors still need help, kiddos still need balls thrown, and the wife still needs to talk! So any extra energy I gain is very much helpful. I LOVE my life and I have been blessed by the very hand of our mighty God. Yesterday I did not get all the food on my plan ate. dinner was light as I was in the middle of working on our van. The two hour job turned into a major project, when the hubs I decided need to be replaced, seized up from years of road salt. Yet another reason I need to move south. This morning I am up and I am going to hopefully finish the van up before the family rolls out of bed. We are going to the Y at some point today. No clue about eating and meals, right now it's coffee. @@enjoythetime @@2babutterfly Where ya'll at? I know 2babutterfly went camping over the weekend, still lost in the woods?? @@punkinvine hope to hear from you soon as well!

    Plan 6a 1 cup rice chex and 1/2 skim milk. banana. 230 cal. (Already happened) 9a Apple 90 cal. 12p chicken brown rice stuff and 2 sausage patties. 450 cal. (Guessing) 3p 1/2 cup ham salad. 6p ????? Exercise will be light at best today. I have to do a 4 wheel brake job on our van this evening. I am off Wednesday and will make it happen.

    Eating went as planned. I did tweek it a bit. I only ate half of my 12pm ham salad. I got 2 Protein Bars from my final stop for the day. I ate one at 12 and one at 3. 210 cal 20g Protein. Water was ok a bit lighter than normal. I bought a clicker counter to count lap and such on a track when walking. I kept track of the walking I did today at work. I walked 260 lengths of the truck throughout the day. I figured up at 60 ft per trip/ I walked 2.95 miles! As many know, I went through a divorce shortly after I was banded. Banded in March and she took off the week of labor day. It really rocked my world and left me with over 35k in debt. (no judge ment ...right?) Any way of my non weight loss accomplishments has been becoming debt free other than the house. As I said It is not related to weight loss. It almost feels like to me that this is the first time I have taken this thing seriously. I hope that is ok as an accomplishment to post here @@JustWatchMe ..If that is not the stuff you are looking for, I need a little coaching.

    @@Bandista I have an appointment with LB doc on April 2. I plan to ask for an appointment to a nutritionist. Though following a diabetic diet sounds like a decent plan.

    Hope everyone had a good weekend. We had a wonderful service at church last night. We had a man in that was called a to take thw gospel to south central L.A. The plan. 6 oats and a banana. 275 cal 9 apple 90 cal. 12 6 oz ham salad 375 cal 3 4 oz Turkey sloppy joe 250 cal 6 ?????

    I was in the ER last night so I did not check in. Eating went according to MY plan. However my body was really struggling to all the new changes. The ER doc said (not totally convinced she knew what she was talking about BTW) I was not getting enough calories and my body was really struggling to keep up with the New activity level. We all want fast results, but I guess as long as I stay committed it will be all good losing slow. My calories were around 1000 day and tried to keep carbs low. She suggested 2000 calories and eliminate the simple carbs and do more of the complex carbs. I guess she may be right. Some binges in the past could have went as much as 4-5k calories. That said we got a walk in as a family so I got my final 2 miles for the challenge pulling a wagon with 2 boys in it. Breakfast this morning was bowl of oats and an apple. lunch was some chicken and brown rice dish the princess made. I will have a banana before evening service and we will prob swin through Wendys after church. I plan on a grilled chicken salad and an apple. I do feel a whole lot better today. I would like to see if @@JustWatchMe would come up with a physical challenge this week. mon-sun. Have a great day ya'll.

    Ok. The exercise was crazy good today. I walked at work for well over 2 hours. 100 step ups at the ethanol rack. When I got home I hit the e-kill and did my 30 as I planned to. I got to thinking about my peeps rockin it on the challenge and went an extra 5 minutes. Eating went just as planned. Jen made me broccoli and cheese for dinner. I got hung up after a few bites so I quit. A ton of Water. Tomorrows plan: (I decided to try and eat on the clock at work 6,9,12,3,6.) 6am 3 sausage patties. 9am 2oz almonds. 12pm chicken salad 1/2 cup. 3pm Celery and Peanut Butter. 6pm ???? Thinking about Taco's Turkey meat. Let's keep the momentum up clean through the weekend! Ya'll been killing the challenge. May have to add a little something for next weeks challenge!!

    Confession time.. I weighed again this morning. I felt a bit lighter and had to know. If it had said I gained it would have been made a frisbee. Luckily I lost 2 pounds. Next weigh in April 2. Promise.

    justm ot out of the doctor. she wants me to gO To counseling and start me on medication to help with the binge eating. I am Not sure what to think about that. I would love to hear some other people's thoughts.I am definitely open to the counseling, I'm just not sure about the meds. I guess one way of looking at it is I wasn't sure about WLS either. Oh How my brain hurts

    @@JustWatchMe way to rock the challenge. Doctor today. I will be on the go all day. I weighed this morning to see what the difference between my scale and docs will be. 268. Pleased. B sausage. S apple l ham n colby 3 oz. s 2 oz peanuts d no clue. . I got another 25 minutes on elliptical last night and will shoot for 25 tonight.

    I had to make a trip up to an accident scene to make a video. It has been a non stop kind of a week thus far. I did get home for a dinner out with my family. Then it was off to east KY. I am on my way home now and will meet wife and kids at mother in laws. I got 2 miles of ground pounding walk in last night around mid night at the hotel. I got up at 6 am and hit an elipti-kill at the hotel. Breakfast never happened. lunch was 2 spoon full of chicken salad. . I found something gross in it so I pitched it.. sparing you details. Snack is a piece of ham and cheese from a quick stop. Dinner no clue.. just want some sleep.

    Sorry I have not checked in today. We had a very serious accident this weekend within our fleet. It has been one conference call after another. Breakfast was 3 small sausage patties. L was some summer sausage 3 oz. And 2oz of peanuts. It is my brides birthday today, so if I ever make it home, we are going to big boy as a family. I will have a big boy no bun and a side salad.

    Today's plan. B 3 small sausage patties. S 2 oz. Pretzel pb thingies.. L 1/2 cup sloppy joe. S med Apple. D whatever the commander fixes. Going to walk a bit and get at least 200 step ups at work. I plan to get 20 min or so elliptical in before dinner. I have training after work tonight so it really depends on that. If it stays warm we will try to throw the boys in the red wagon and take a walk round the hillbilly subdivision. Water water water.. Lets get the week started off right. Last week is gone and some of us got the trash kicked out of us. Praying for strength today.

    Had an awesome time at my dads today. We had temps in the mid 40's. 7 inches of leftover snow+3 four wheelers+4x4 John deere tractor+sleds+ red neck's and red neck kiddo's= a whole bunch of fun! Meals went good b= 2 egg omlet l = 4 oz pork roast and baked potato. d= 1 cheeseburger (no bun) hot dog (no bun). Water was good! 2.25 miles walk this morn.

    @@JustWatchMe Rock on girl. I love the "just say yes and do it!" attitude! When we were young we'd jump in just about anything. Now we get a few miles on us and we have to overthink stuff. Doing something good for our bodies, especially something that will push us, should be a no brainer!

    CHALLENGE TIME CHALLENGE TIME CALLENGE TIME So here it is I'm callin all ya'll out for a challenge. I made a commitment that I would get a total of at least 6 miles of ground pounding walking a week. So my challenge has two parts. 1. Match me or out do me on the walk for the week. Monday to Sunday this week. Now as much as I like the fit bit things tracking your every step, the 6 miles has to come outside of your every day routine. Treadmills are ok just add a mile that way you don't cheat yourself!! 2. Sign up this week for a 5k or better walk. All major cities will have one about every weekend. Lets get one in by say end of May!     Hey peeps.. My eating plan was modified a bit. I did not eat my turkey dinner, it smelled weird. Homie don't play round with that. So instead I grabbed another granola bar and a cheeseburger and peeled the bun off and converted it to bird food.. LOTS OF Water TODAY!! I walked at work over an hour. Had truck issues again today. Transmission stuck in gear on the semi. I got back to the yard late, and when I did I had a flat on my Honda (aka da beater with a heater). So we did not get to the YMCA. I did do 35 minutes of E-Kill. Thank you Skillit/ T-Mac and Third day! Tomorrow I am going to try to walk a 3 miler before church.

This evening we are going to take our boys to the YMCA. So I think I will get some activity there. I'm fixin' to throw out a challenge for all of us. More to come.
