I am a 60 year old male who is new to the process. I am currently attending mandatory pre op classes through my insurance company. At this time I have been accepted into the classes but final approval will be made upon their completion. I am highly motivated and seeking any help that may be offered along the way. My choice of surgery will be the gastric sleeve because I will need to remain on certain medications that require an extended time to pass through the system.
