I have been overweight pretty much all of my life, from JR High School on. I had 3 wonderful pregnancies, the first and last c-sections, gaining more weight with each one. I have tried a lot of different strategies from WW to Tops and a lot more in between. In the last 4 1/2 years I have gone through hip and both knees being replaced and am looking at possible back surgery so this was time to get serious about taking the weight off. So far I am very happy with my choice.
