Yes it is hard I thought 100 pounds in 3 months was great but I guess not

I had gastric bypass he said I should have lost 30 more than that he said first year I would lose most of my weight and clock is ticking

As of the surgery

I have also lose hair on a daily my hair brush full every time I brush it starting to worry
