I remember being 150 back when I was younger and my waist was a 31. But mostly because I am big boned and even then my hip bones were bony and wide so pushing 30 was too much. Think it depends on frame and body structure. Big booty or string bean shape.

Weight training reducing the effects of loose skin....

I started working out at the gym as soon as doc gave okay to go. I work the circuit room working on all the muscle groups. I currently have a small amount on my belly but the ab workout is reducing it. The weights have kept my arms in good shape as well as my thighs. My only complaint so far is that my butt used to be one you could bounce a quarter off of. Kind of Jello still right now...but hope to get it back in shape too.. -

I find for myself that inactivity or the weather tend to bring me down, and then I want to revert back to my old ways. When I am feeling that way, I grab a bottle of water and go for a walk. I also concentrate on eating a higher protein meal for the next few meals. I learned years ago in weigh watchers that if you are feeling depressed or you want sugar....your body is low in protein. Up the ante for a couple of meals to get back on level.
