Hi fellow friends,
So I'm 11weeks today , 56 pounds down! Awesome right?! Well, I'm concerned. I'm not eating properly , not taking vitamins, and I'm disgusted with the protein shakes. I do eat lentil and split pea soup every day for lunch, I can each Mash potatoes , chicken, Greek yogurt and sf jello and that's about it! How sad. Eggs and tuna didn't sit well.
What suggestions do you have for me as car as to wha I should be eating at this opino. I feel great, but I know I'm not getting in all my nutrients.
