I just feel like all the ones I have tried I hate besides Adkins which are low in protein. Are injury and Genapro in Gnc or Vitamin shoppe or only online?

What is your favorite easy high protein meal, snack,shake? I am 9 weeks out. Down 45 pds but I don't think I get in my daily 60-80 grams a day
