Lady1putt replied to x0CheekzVSG's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My best protein friendly food was making Frozen popcycles out of the Nectar fruit flavors: chocolate truffle, fuzzy navel, Grape with light grape juice. The crunch made me feel like I was actually "eating". Much better than Jello! Good luck and contact me anytime! Linda LindaWilliams_51@msn.com -
YES! Working on the Dreamcicle right now! Nectar Fuzzy Navel and Isopure 0 Carb Vanilla! A little vanilla and Orange extract..Viaola!!!!

Hi I am an April1st girl! So far so good. WE CAN DO THIS! Love the support! LindaWilliams_51@msn.com -
Me too! Really harder than I thought! My new trick is a 2 scoop breakfast Nectar Cappuccino, 50 grams! Now it may take several re-warms...just like regular coffee ???? Can also mix up vanilla protein adding it like "cream" to coffee! Also tried to DIY popcycles with Nectar brand fruit flavors. But you are right...it is a challenge! Linda

Hi, My name is Linda. I return to doctor Monday March 16. To my best knowledge I have completed the pre-op checklist after Monday appointment for ANX breathing Test. Hoping to set actual surgery date for Gastric Sleeve. Keep me in your thoughts. I have been reading the literature and resources available on line. (Love Bariatric Pal posts.) Ordered samples of Protein from Unjury, Isopure and Synthesis Nectar. So far feeling like I am preparing for my next step. The anticipation is almost overwhelming!!!! Trying to keep everything in perspective....thanks everyone! -
