hi am sara strong am 40 years old ,I found bariatric pal on google for gastric sleeve support in Canada ,I had 2 baby 2 and 4 and I gained almost 100 pound ,my whole life I was fit ,but I lost control ,I diet a lot I go down easily and I gain up easily too ,tried dieting keep on yoyo up and down ,am only 5.2 and my Wight is 230 pounds my bmi 40 and I reserved my surgery with doc Arial Ortiz in Mexico on 24 Feb. 2015 ,I need help and support throw my journey ,any advice will be appreciated.
