i am 2 1/2 months post-op. i have been losing 1 to 3 lbs a week. mostly 1, and i have been taking a fitness class 2X/week and walking and doing home exercises. what i eat is monitored, try and make sure my Protein is at least 60g/day. i am praying for the strength to continue with the program. so far this is working for me (have had 3 fills)
