Hitting the 60 gm protein quota 1 week post op

Hey everyone 1 week post op on a puree mushy food stage with 2 protein shakes during the day. I feel like I'm not hitting my 60-80 gm protein quota any help out there??? Does anyone think more food like instead of 5 small meals like 8 I don't wanna have the hair loss and I wanna lose the weight!!! Advice please!!! -
I had the same thing last night I'm a week post op on puree mushy food stage it's odd how everyone's stages are soooo different anyways I had more water and it seemed to pass and going to sleep good luck
