I am a 52 year old mother and wife. Soon to be an empty nester. I have struggled with weight most of my adult life. After many diets that have worked and many that have not, I seem to ALWAYS end up back at the same point...fat! I am really excited and nervous. Thanks for everyone that has shared their journey.
