Hi All,
This is my first post...I've been looming for about 8 months. I was banded Dec. 21, 2007 and have lost only about 15 lbs. I have had 2 fills, the last one being very tight. I can barely eat in the morning and can hardly handle drinking another protein shake. Eating throughout the day is difficult so I tend to eat very little until about 6Pm when I can keep things down. What is up? I know I'm not losing at all because my body thinks it's starving, but I have no energy and am getting very depressed! Does anybody have any ideas for breakfast? Has anyone read a good book that takes you through an eating regimen? I need direction and a plan...help!!!!!!!!:thumbup:
