SW 320 Current weight 225 Surgery date 2/4/15 Hitting a stall right now.....the last 5 pounds to lose before I can say I lost 100 are stubborn! -
So I went to buy my calcium citrate with vitamin D ....chewable as I am only 11 days post-op. I ended up getting calcium wafers with vitamin d from Bariatric Support. I didn't even realize that it wasn't citrate until after I opened the bottle.....I cannot find much online regarding the difference in calcium vs calcium citrate....or even there is a difference....has anyone run into this?

I am nervous. Excited. Scared. Optimistic. Scared lol...... Going to take my 'before' pix today. Looking forward to it being over.???? Any advice would be welcomed.
