Margo- kids are such a blessing. And your daughter is so sweet to congrat her mom in such a sweet way. That will keep you going having that support from your whole family.

Shelia- I had the old long scar from gallbadder years ago. My doctor put the port right next to the gallbadder scar. He did say he clean out old scar tissue under it. It was a little sore because of that. It has been fine. Good luck

Penni HAPPY BIRTHDAY! It is so much fun to play with those grandkids and to continue those birthdays..... It sounds like you had the best time. That is so special for you and your grandkids. I want my own grandkids to remember me playing with them and laughing and seeing new places with them. The band is helping me do these things. Also thank you for all of you input on this site you have helped me so much. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Count me in. I want to lose 15 pounds. On the summer challange I put down 10 and I lost 10. So I up it by 5 lbs. I will do it. Thanks for doing this. Good luck to everyone... My start weight is 242.

hey I have had two fills and I have lost 45 lbs. so far. I am working out. It is slow but that is better than too fast. I am feeling great doing things that I love. It is wonderful been banded.

Amy I add caramel to my choc. protein drink and with low carb peanut butter and sometimes 1/2 a banana. It is really good. I have the vanilla and I put it in water for flavor. -
Mistybreezes: Where is the pain?? I have it where my shoulder blades are and it comes and goes. I asked my band doctor about it and he did hear about anything like that. It has been 4 months out for me. And this has been a few weeks.

Anne try not to be so hard on yourself. You know the band rules tomorrow wake up and just start them it is a new day. I know it sounds easier than done. Just take it one day at a time. Keep safe foods around you. To help you get through the next two weeks. Remember to chew chew chew chew and chew some more. And put down that drink. Okay! Good luck you can do it. -
