I am from Portland Oregon by the way. My surgery is Thursday February 5th and I have nothing prepared. The only thing I have is my boost for my 2 week liquid diet. I actually started a week early and I went to see my surgeon last Friday and I've lost 13 pounds since starting the boost. Now this is week 2 & I am on a roll not looking back -
