I had my surgery in th states by DR. BILLy. during the procedure he knicked a artery and had to switch to open surgery now I have a scar that goes from my ribcage to just above my bellybutton,and I have no band.when I call his office they tell me to contact his lawyer. I am also not permitted in the office. I got a lawyer but am still waiting for a resolution.
