I had a breast lift without implants. No way I was signing up for 5-8 year maintenance. Before PS 30 F mostly skin to 30 C. My PS pulled some filler as I had a LBL at same time. Love the natural results. For me this is perfect. -
Healing in time for summer. Glad things are better.

Confession time: my quest for the "perfect" body

I get the melting thighs! Swim shorts. I had to define what was perfect for me A woman in my 40s. Plastics was a step in the healing process just as the weight-loss was a step. Some of it was letting go and allowing myself to understand with all my scars emotional and physical that I can still be the perfect image of who I am. The researcher and he wonders what the rates of body dysmorphia are in the LWS population -
Wow you are super super active I was really down and out for two weeks Glad you are recognizing the difference between hungry and wanting food it's a fine line 💫

I lost and did not think would be a problem. I lost 100 lbs. I have skin issues. The trade-off is I feel great can do anything and do not have helth complications. It is well worth the trade off for me. I have gone the PS route.

Healing will happen Complications are a set back. It took me 15 days after sleeve to resume daily life I read about others who were doing laundry next day. LOL. You get one chance to heal - It will happen. Best to you

We change My spouse did not get it. He ended up healthier and became a great support. It took time and more time. -
Glad you have a plan. Wound healing is scary. Did the muscle split or the skin? Take care

Glad for you! Congratulations -
Research shows those that have PS keep weight off longer I went against advice and weighed most days. I upped protein to at least 100 g. I cut all carbs and kept juice pops and chocolate. I did lose muscle. My operation lasted 11.5 hours and recovery was hard and long - I hurt and did not feel hungry. I knew the risk but also benefits. Plus I dropped 24 k on plastics -

I was worried as well I did not exercise for 2 1/2 months stayed with the 4 pounds of my weight pre op. Now that i am cleared to exercise I need to put a little weight back. I think we worked so hard to get where we are The chance of me going back does not exist. I eat chocolate too. It just has to be really really really good chocolate ☺️

Stella S replied to Walter.Sobchak's topic in Fitness & Exercise
Maybe we're not supposed to love food. I sort of decided of food doesn't have to be good I like being fit and active a whole lot more -
