Sleeved on February 5 feel great just don't like the stalls. Would like to see more weight loss. Getting close to loosing 50 seems like should see more eating 500 to 600 calories a day. Biggest problem is drinking enough water. -
Pain from drinking

It does go away some. Had my sleeve done Feb 5 of this year. Found water that is room temp is better. And drinking slow help and using a straw. -

I have always liked green salads and would really like one. Have heard a lot of conflicting story's when to start on salads. So I will stay on the cautious side. -

I had my sleeve jan 5 I have not found any foods I can't eat. I choose to stay away from sugars. But have eaten fish sausage bacon beef with no problems. But I do chew the heck out of my food and I don't over do the portion size. -

I would eat some oatmeal you can use some stevia if you need too sweeten it up
