My weight at my preop appt was my highest ever, and that's where I count from. I also mark milestones along the way-start of preop diet and date of surgery. -

Doing much better today! I have already got half my fluids and protein in. Not feeling the "stuck" feeling today if I drank more than 2 oz in 15 mins. My incisions are good except the big one. It's much better today but if I move wrong OUCH! Hope everyone is healing well! -
I ended up throwing away 3/6 bottles. I always dry heaved and had to choke it down. I am still on clear liquids 5 days post op, and have been mixing unflavored unjury with everything or using the chicken soup unjury. I can't wait until full liquids next week so I can go back to my premiere protein!!

Progress today! I was able to drink 10 oz over an hour timespan without that "stuck" feeling healing is happening yay! -

Yes I have really had to gauge my fluids one ounce every 15 mins. If I don't I feel like a lump is stuck for about 30 mins and nothing else will go down. I have def been better today though! One day at a time -

I am really having to pace my clear liquids. More than an ounce every 15 mins and I am in pain and feel like a lump is stuck. I tried to do a sf Popsicle last night-was in pain for 30 mins. Gonna stick to warm clear liquids with my unflavored Protein mixed in. I am so ready to advance to full liquids so I can go back to my premiere Protein shakes. They tasted so much better than this clear stuff. -

my surgery was the 24th and I have not either. Also do not feel constipated. I assume it's because of the clear liquid diet. -

My pre op appt is June 8th and surgery is scheduled June 24th. Seems so close yet so far!! I will be out of state the week before my surgery which will be fun for my preop diet! I start 2 week preop diet on June 10th. Well who is with me? I'm so excited to finally have a date! ???? -
My info was submitted to insurance last Wednesday. I called my insurance today to make sure they got it and they told me it was reviewed and approved today!!! ???????????????? they said a letter would go out to my doc office and a copy to me. I went ahead and called my True Results insurance advocate today to let her know. Hopefully I will know something this week. It's getting real now!!! Woohoo ☺️

I was thinking about getting the unflavored Protein and mixing it with something like crystal light....but wasn't sure it would work. Does it dissolve completely and is it really unflavored? Thanks ???? I can taste the Unjury, but the drink mix I used almost completely masked it. It takes a bit to mix in. I used my shaker bottle. Was better than that Isopure for sure!! -

Luckily I only had to do Clear liquids the 2 days prior to surgery. The previous 12 days were 2 Protein shakes + Soup for dinner. Don't buy the Isopure Grape Frost. I just dry heaved getting that one down. YUCK! Good luck tomorrow @@Licia'sjourney! I will be coming in right behind ya!! -

I am doing unflavored unjury and crystal light cherry lime! It's pretty good. Today has been better for sure I have to be there at 9 am, surgery is at noon. Woohoo!! -
