Gurgle started with me after 4 months of surgery. I think its gas trying to go out.

Good morning every one I had my band in august 2014 i lost 20 kg since then. Since one month i experienced gurgling sounds in my esophagus and stomach and burping almost of the time. I did barium swallow and diagnosed with gastric slippage. Now planning to have new repositioning surgery. Any body had this before and how is every thing after second surgery?? I am afraid it could slip again?? Any information??
