I'm thinking of backing out of surgery. On Day 5 preop. Have lost 32 pounds on my own in less than 2 months. Twelve more pounds and I don't even qualify. Maybe I don't need the sleeve. My husband and I are both retired now. We can go to the gym daily ,cook what I need. Help!

@blondebomb you are 100% right. Being from New Orleans "hot" means nothing to me lol. It is the vinegar but yhe salt too. I love to salt creole tomato slices. I am over the backing out of surgery. Just weak moment. I know I will gain it back. And I can't carry on with yhis acidity and sodium abuse either.
