Loose fitting clothes (as in sweats or shorts) , and pretty much things you would take on any overnight trip. -
Completely normal. I'm 6 weeks out, and I hovered for 10 days. Then resumed the decline. MD told me "don't weigh yourself every day". But, I enjoy the small victories as well as the big ones. Best of luck!

Greetings! I'm a January 20th sleever, and am having my first meal away from the 3 Stages of Reprogramming. ???? Feeling good, and just made it down to 50 pounds off. (Lots more to go, but a great start.) Eating slowly, and chewing everything thoroughly, helped a good deal. Congrats to everyone! Not easy, but worth it in the end.

I am three days post-op with one of Dr Schmidt's partners, Dr Richard Novack. I've got nothing but great things to say about the doctor and the practice. No complications so far. I'll keep you informed.
