Good morning everyone. I am 66, work with the disabled and there's plenty of life left in me yet. I want to enjoy my time and not have to worry about my weight and the problems too much weight brings with it. I had lap band surgery 2.5 years ago. I lost 26kgs (57 pound). Over the last 6 months have put on 5 kilos and need some like minded thinking, suggestions or support. I cannot go back to where I was, physically or emotionally. I have booked in for a top up next month as I seem to be able to eat more than I should, and constantly manage to do just that. You would think that with age comes common sense, I must have been behind the door when they were handing it out.
