Today is Feb 3,2015 and I am beginning my journey to a healthier me.
I am nervous and excited. The plan is to have the surgery in April. So come along with me in my journey. I am going to follow the plans I have made to make myself lose weight and feel better. I had back surgery in August and feel wonderful now I want to get the weight off my midsection so I can never have back problems because of weight again.
