I love reading everyone's final straw....it's keeping me going. This girl is 1 Nutrition class, psych appt. Cadiologist clearance and chest xray away...hopefully by the end of June. So excited!! -

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I started on the surgical weight loss journey 2 times before. Unfortunately with the nutritional classes on my program if you miss an appointment then you have to start at number 1 all over again I will complete all of these classes in May. This is a turning point in my life and I'm tired of playing games with myself. -

I took my child to a birthday party at Chuckie Cheese and a child at the party was walking past me and stopped to say "You are fat, you are faaaat!" with her little arms spread wide like she was hugging a wall. It really didn't hurt my feelings but it turned on my light and had me saying to myself WOW you have never seen this child before and they took the time to be honest about what they saw, but you see yourself everyday in the mirror and you constantly lie to yourself about what you see.
