I will be 4 months on May 5th and I am down 47lbs. So excited. Need to tone this body..anywhoo...my diet is not where it suppose. My Dr put on plant diet due to hemoglobin a1c been right at the cut off...meaning at risk for diabetes! Holy Shakes I always been overweight but never any blood sugar problems. To make it short watch those sweets because they go down easier. Fruits and vegetables for me -
@@Lisa22280 heartburn is killing me also. I take prilosec, gasx, benefiber. Someone just a laxative since no bowel movement to help. Don't want to put strain on stomach muscle

Question!!! 3 weeks and suppose to be on soft foods...now I am so nauseated and vomiting! Any suggestions?

FIRST Day back to work! It started off rocky but ended well....to my surprise alot of support! Also find out alot of my co workers are 5 yrs post op

I was sleeved On 1/5/15...heartburn killing me. It is making it hard for me to get my water in. I get so nausea with my chewable vitamins because I still haven't master to eat over 30 minutes. Each day is better and I am thankful to be down 20lbs!!

Hi I'm 14 days post-op! No pain but heartburn is horrible! Any suggestions for relief?
