So sorry that your surgery was postponed.

I'm 3 days out, and managed to roll over on my side for a few minutes... Prop yourself with a pillow as you roll over.

My usual water additives I find are giving me heartburn. Any other ideas? I'm two days out and don't really care for plain water.

I just had surgery yesterday and in hospital still.... We need to stay in touch with one another's progress and journey...

Folks, by this time tomorrow surgery will be over... I'm excited and scared! In 10 days I've only managed to lose one pound on the preop diet, which is very disappointing, but I never went hungry. Everyone say a prayer for me tonight. I have to be at the hospital tomorrow at 6 am. I will post as soon as I'm able. Thanks everyone. I've learned so much on here...

This was very tough to read when my surgery is next week... Makes me start doubting my decision again. -
I have a hiatal hernia and Gerd so my surgeon recommends the bypass for me, but I would rather have the sleeve if I do have this surgery. Any of you sleevers also have a hiatal hernia?

I know the reason for my 10 day liquid diet is to shrink my liver, not to lose weight, but was hoping I would shed some pounds in the process. I'm on day 4, and have actually gained 1 pound. Now scared this is way it will be after surgery...

Just saw that my healthy request cream of chicken soup has 750 mg of sodium... Whew... That's my favorite too on this diet

I've struggled most of my entire life with both depression and anxiety. I'm having problems with some depression issues now and panic attacks have begun due to the upcoming surgery. I started therapy and bought a really good book also. If you want to pm me we can chat -
