I've been at 295 for about a month. Not losing anything, inches or weight. I'm not measuring my intake - yes I should probably use MFP or something like that but I know that I'm getting in my Protein. The Water yes I struggle with.
If I was losing the 15lbs or so I've lost gradually, a pound a week, ok I could accept that - I'd still be frustrated but at least I would see the scale moving. Is it really a "stall" if you've JUST begun your journey and already not losing? I really don't want to sound mean but "you're doing great" is not what I'm needing to hear because I truly feel I am not doing great because I am not losing pounds or inches.
