    First Day of PreOp Diet Done

    Day one of pre-op. Not so bad so far. I'm on 2 shakes per day plus a dairy snack and a surGar free pop after dinner. Veggie/salad and 4 oz of protein. A lot better than I thought. Ask me in 3 days lol
