That's great! Your doing well! I am currently changing my caloric intake and I won't start my preop diet until mid feb. I have family in San Jose! I'm actually going to be there the weekend before my surgery and a few days after yours. You will be in my thoughts! -

Thank you AlwaysVegas! I am optimistic that it won't be crazy excess but I think during this waiting period you think about things way too much. I like lifting weight and can work that into my routine.

Hi all, new here surgery scheduled February 27. I am curious about excess skin and if it is possible to tighten skin as fast as we could potentially lose weight. How soon did you start working out post surgery. I sure that will be key right? I don't think I'm at risk for a horrible amount of excess skin but I know it's possible. Thanks!
