    I had my sleeve on December 31st. Starting weight 335lbs. 319lbs day of. I've lost 30 since surgery and 46 overall. I've found that I can't eat spicy stuff and milk foams up to bad. Next week is pork and beef time do can't wait for that.

    I bought this year's ago from Sharper Image when they had stores. You can find them online. You can't drink to much at one time. And it counts how many OZ you drink in a day. I love it. Someone recommended a camel back. Forgot I had it.
