  1. @ zzzombrie you can do it! I started taking Biotin Vitamin and I believe that helped still have some bare Patches but this year I'm trying acceptance.. awe and I'm sure you look fab! My fab body looks like it's been through a strong wind tunnel for 20 plus years..lol ;) @@mduffield post op was ok..comparing it to the sleeve n gallbladder removal experience it was a breeze ;) I'm only 2 weeks out first time I've ever had stitches they are bothersome I had 475cc silicone with a lift still very swollen should be a full c after I was a dd before surgery went to a mushy saggy a lol . I had to do it my girls were always so good to me had to help em back out lol and thank you xoxo. Now on to accepting my face. .such drastic changes messed with my mental.. I miss my old chubby cheeks :/

  2. @@Veronica Page stay strong! Believe in yourself. I believe in you. You got this. Try and I know it's so haaaaard but learn to appreciate the low moments of this journey so when high moments come you can look back and realize what a bad ass you are! Xoxo. Low moments don't last they may tend to drag on more than what we want..but really u got this!

It's a daily struggle for me mentally. My daughter is in sports so it's constantly on the go, grab to eat. I settle for mcds Breakfast burrito or cheese stick from a gas station or a slice of pizza and eat the toppings Or I keep drinking more Water. ITS A SLIPPERY slope, but those days I remember to pack something or drive by and not stop. I am victorious that day :)

  3. Had my pre op visit today the dr. Was adamant I get the lift now.. He hadn't seen me since the first visit in September and I've lost more weight in the boobs of course, I decided on silicone high profile 500 cc, so nervous about the lift and scars, since I already have so many with the sleeve and gall bladder taken out.. Ugh have to make up my mind by tomorrow ????????????

  4. I completely feel ya @mduffield. It's so strange..I even miss aspects of my old body..no one understands unless they've gone through it. I miss my chubby face really bad :) I'm noticing friends act differently to me, I am me big or small..never knew how many people really paid attention to my previous body that they are now coping with my weight loss..sooo weird.

And have so many opinions. .

  5. Thank you guys for the helpful advice. My personal goal weight was 130, dr said 115 I'm at 109. I feel like I look like a crackhead..I'm sure people that don't know me or haven't seen me in awhile have their own whispers, so much outsider opinions I didn't anticipate..I haven't had a blood panel I will look into that. I eat all the time and have started bringing back unhealthy choices (Doritos, chocolate) which is so stupid knowing I'm doing that to gain weight and why I had the surgery in the first place. Such a roller coaster this is. I too have lost aloooot of muscle and can't carry lift anything. So working out has been as always last on my to do list.. I will keep you updated ????????

  6. @@tammy ann Please don't get discouraged. I empathize with you with all the trouble. In the beginning I had a terrible experience everything had such a bad side effect with me. I also turned lactose intolerant and could not handle the Protein shakes..just thinking of them makes me gag..even the whey..ugh I know I have wrote this previously before but get your gall bladder checked. I had to have mine taken out 4 wks after surgery and I believe it was like a week or so I began to feel alot better. I had symptoms like you mentioned, I never had gall bladdr pain or an attack I just thought my body was against me to everything i intaked. Now I know when it comes to my bowels if its runny or yellow (tmi just trying to help) it is gallbladdr connected (removal of) so anything with too much sugar, oil, butter or milk.. and it makes you feel awful and will dehydrate you which will cause a stall. Sorry about your back :( hope you feel better and this helps. The weight will come off it just takes its own journey. Best of luck to you :) you can message me if you have any questions

  7. I made goal ???? I am now a 127 lb girl. My goal was 130 those last few lbs were hanging on forever. So here's some of my advice the scale is a liar. When I wasn't losing I really was.. I was dropping sizes, one week my body was all weird looking the next it was evening out all my saggy areas. So I believe I'm entering the body image phase. Like who am I? I look weird deflated..has my nose always been this big or was it buried under my old chubby cheeks? If one more person says wow April you've lost a whole person I'm throat punching them..It's such a mental game..anyways I rewarded myself by buying jeans you know the kind that has the measurements I'm a 26 x27 not a 17,16,15,14, etc so keep up the great work it will come off and let's try and keep our minds strong :))
