Sleeved 1/7 down 45lbs ,those of you know ive been super nausea n sick the last few weeks, well I got my gallbladder removed yesterday n holy crapola this hurts but I have not been nauseated once )

So been in out of hospital this week due to nausea n vomiting which led to dehydration, got a scope may need gallbladder removed, no fun. Ugh just needing some tips / encourage ment. Sleeved 1/7 down 43lbs,

Is anyone else experiencing "buyers remorse" I am. Im down 38lbs and feel awful n tired all the time I cant keep anything down nothing has flavor im just ugh

So I was sleeved 1/7 I too am at a stall I have list 40lbs since pre op but not only am I stalling but that awful gas we experienced stuck in us I think its back all on my keft side, under my left breast,collar bone ,shoulder, it hurts to drink. Is anyone experiencing this? I think its that gas but no t sure :/ any suggestions?

Hang in there son4life its rough! You can do it! I too had the same experience, I went to sonic bought a bag of ice to help my fluid my tummy wouldnt all my meds in thete even! Protein shakes the same dr gave ok fir now to push for protein in mushies. Popsicles and find a crystal light flavor it helped getting the water down but u mist stsy hydrated hope that helps!

Luvmyseab .. have you introduced an apple uet? I can have apple sauce but dont like the texture so I was thinking puree an apple?

I had 1 wk preop liquid diet, day 1&2 liquids day 3 start cream soups, cottage cheese,jello etc, after wk start certain purees or mushies I waited a few days until I felt at ease to try

I am trying my first tuna puree salad tuna light mayo relush. Then tmmrw puree chilli im sooo excited!

Hi! This is my first forum..ever I was sleeved january 7th. Wow what a ride it has been. Im soo thirsty and looking forward to solids March 7 :-) I got a bag of ice from sonic and for some reason eatting that helped the gas soooo much instead of sipping and getting mire air may e anyways im down 36lbs from preop diet jan 1

Look great! Im 9 days post op lost 35lbs since pre op.. how often do you excercise? The reason I ask is you look really good and I hate excercise -

Much better, the first 3 days are rough. I mostly slept it off vaccumed went back to bed, the hardest for me is the sipping.. I love ice cold big drinks im impatient whens your surgery? Where? Etc -
