    My surgery suppose to have been today 3/19 but my doctor reschedule me for tomorrow due to her assistant had a funeral to attend. I am ready but nervous

    I have a spin bike down stairs and a treadmill upstairs. I was wondering can I do light spinning verses light walking anybody know however I will ask my doctor but was just wondering have anybody experience this.

    Hi everyone lets get together and send up prayers for all the March 19 sleeves. Please post to let everyone know that your surgery went fine and anything else you like to add. Set weight loss goals for six months after surgery. I will be first my six month goal is 60 pounds gone by by.

    My surgery is on the 19th my surgeon said to start my per op diet 3/9 because of low BMI. I ask was it ok to start early she said sure. I started my Pe op diet 3/5 and its ok, here's the problem my daughter made her first Pay check from work study and she wants to take me out to eat what shall I do? Let me be honest I want chose healthy choices. Please help me out????????????

    I didn't go out to eat but had a bad snack but tomorrow is my official start of my Pre op diet. I promise you the snack was better than going out but tomorrow ain't no going outside of the pre op diet

    You are eating more on the vegan style which means no diary or animal products. I am vegetarian so I do dairy products but no meat,fish however I love premier protein shakes. Now to answer your question you will have yo rely on vegetables, beans and go to a health food store and ask for non dairy protein shakes, non dairy cheese which I Love hope this help

    I ask my surgeon and NUT on yesterday and they both said premier shakes were fine and they highly recommended them

    It only took five days once the paperwork was submitted. I meet with the surgeon on Monday to discuss my date and final testing. The nurse said probably April???? but I am praying for March

    I am waiting on approval from the insurance company. My surgeon submitted all my paperwork late Friday evening. I think this is the hardest part waiting????????????

    I had it but hadn't gotten sleeve yet but it doesn't affect the process but it has to be cleared before surgery according to my doctor

    My doctor called and said my last weigh in was to early. I have to go back on 2/18 so I am looking at March if everything else goes well
