Hmm I was looking at body fortress to so far I think it's one of the higher protein drinks I have come across. I have only found them in huge tubs an I would like to try it before buying something so big. Walmart online carries cookies an cream that had great reviews taste wise. They can all very with the grams of protein an im not sure if higher is better or not....thank you for posting any info is great. -

Hi everyone I am a new here as well an learning the robes...can any of u give me the names of some of the protain drinks that would be good to try? Walmart has one body fortress that seems to have good reviews the flavor is cookies an cream but protain was 53g. Would that be a good one to consider? Just looking for ideas...thank you -
Have any of u made a the decision on what surgery you're going to have b bypass sleeve or band. Myself I was going toward sleeve but everything I have read an my brief discussion with my doctor I'm leaning towards bypass now.

To a point I have yes...I'm having a harder time then I before with food...wanting to pig out now cuz I know at some point I will have surgery. Sometimes I can control it other times I justify if...it never ends. As I tell my self take one day at a time...none of this new journey will be easy but it must be done. In the end with a lot of hard work an help I think u an myself will get there. Good luck to u

Gastric Bypass VS Sleeve

Hi everyone...very new here an in the very early stages of surgery process. Trying to decide which would be better. I do suffer from heartburn an reflux so I know bypass is better option. My doctor says either one would be fine but is leaning more with bypass...I suppose I'm just scared of both...lol...but needs to be done...miss out on so much with my kids an husband an just tried of it.
