Great thank you so much....unjury so far is my fav...i love the chicken flavor. I do have other powders an ready drinks on hand as well just incase I don't like something. I did find these Lil protein shots there like 3oz. By pro balance 15g of protein strawberry flavor. It was not bad at all. Also by the same company they have another 1 that's 28g for 3oz an im hoping they taste great to. I'm not a big fan of strawberry but that tasted like real strawberry not fake. Keeping fingers crossed the 28g is as good as the 15g. ....thanks again for all your input. Very much appreciated.

It's powered peanut butter...saves lots of calories. It's about 54 calories instead of 200.

I would like to know how everybody did once out of surgery? how long did it take for you to drink water? were you throwing up? did you feel completely lousy? How were the gas pains? If anyone has anything they would like to share how they felt good bad or evil. I want to know. just trying to look for some insight any info would be great. Thank you.

Where do I start. ...cloths. ..putting my seat belt on without struggling .....walking up stairs without dying ....definitely fitting in a rollercoaster love roller coasters... would be great to walk up to go down big water slides without dying ....getting up off the floor would be nice without looking like I'm struggling....so many to list
