Where do I start.. ;-)
My name is Tina, I suppose that technically I was always a little overweight, in high scholl I was between 160 and 170 and comfortable with that, I am 5'8" so it worked for me. After high school I maintained that weight, maybe got up to 180lbs but still felt fine with it. I had my daughter at 22yrs old and 3yrs after her I just started gaining. I looked into the Bariatric surgery at 250lbs but my health was fine so I didn't quite qualify, so I went to a weight loss Dr and lost 60lbs in 6mos on Phentermine it was great!!! About 5years ago I lost my job and hardly ever ate anything but gained and gained I tried the Phentermine again but I couldn't get more than 20lbs off. A year ago I became pre-diabetic with a "mild" case of sleep apnea and finally QUALIFIED at 285lbs.
 
December 11, 2014 was my date of surgery and I am so excited to see what happens, I've lost 25lbs but am now in my 3weeks LULL and of I am scared but positive and ready to start losing again!!!!!
 
So I guess that is it for now, can't wait to start talking and meeting more people like me!!!!
