Its is so weird to see soo many different doctors have different methods to this surgery. Im sure they all have there reasons and there is no ONE correct way. As long as we all do well and have successful surgeries and healthier lifestyles for longer life.. Good Luck to all.

Agreed...no doubt he's good at what he does..I have been using Dr.O for so long it made sense. -
Jello with Isopure Protein

Has anybody made Jello with Isopure Liquid protein? Did you do anything special for it to not be cloudy or nasty?

I know all programs are different but mine allows chicken and veggies also....I don't understand why everyone is saying they can drink just liquids for 14 days prior. My date is Aug 24th so Monday I start ...yes shake for bfast but a chicken breast and carrots will be lunch and maybe dinner. Switch it up and it's a normal 800 calorie diet.

He's a nice guy but has no bedside manner IMO...Dr. O his codoctor is great. -
