Suzihomemaker

Hi, I am a newbie trying to absorb lots of information.   I am kind of old to be starting this at age 66.  But I think young and I want to feel better. I am 115 pounds from goa.   I have been undergoing the Dr. appointments and nutritionist visits for 3 months and my surgery is in 3 months.  I have only told my husband and my daughter with requests to keep quiet until I am ready.  I don't really want to deal with unwanted input.  I worry about looking old and wrinkly.  My stomach is already hanging over where I have a scar from a hysterectomy so I don't know if it will only be worse but probably. I can see I am not the only one with worries and fears.  I have gained about 5 pounds since starting this like I will never get food again and I hate exercise. I don't hate walking.  I see the psychiatrist next week and I worry about being too crazy to qualify. I don't know if that ever happens. There is so much more to this than I ever imagined and I am scared.
