Thanks Paul. I have was scared when I ask my primary physician because we talk about before and I was scared to go through with it because I just already had surgery to removed my gallbladder but when I told her about wanting to do it she was so excited for me. Some of my family members thought I didn't need it because I really don't look I weigh 300lbs and that my health was not good but now they are finally understand and are happy for me. I hope your doctor will understand and will come around and support you. I hoping to have the surgery in may because I just started working at a new job and give me time to save up some money lol. Best of luck to you too and look forward from hearing back Paul

I got my consultation appointment today and I found out my insurance cover the surgery. I know cigna has a pretty strict guideline but I am pretty much and I have done pretty all the guidelines for them. Even though my appointment is a month away, I am very nervous

Hello my name is Eddy. If anybody has cigna healthcare what are requirements for pre op. I talk to them and they told that is cover and also I'm seeing a nutritionist and also seeing my lung doctors soon when I get my new card. Because I want to how much weight I need to lose before. New to this

Hi my name is Eddy. Im very new to this whole thing, I have always had a weight problems since I was little, I don't think I have ever been skinny my entire life not only that diabetes runs in my family and unfortunately my dad was a losing battle and he end up dying from a heart attack when he was in a car accident. A lot of people in family worry that I was wasn't to end up like him. Not only that I suffer from depression and other medical problems. I always found comfort in food which has always been my downfall and which led to more serious problems in the past couple of months. Now I really want to change that and I really don't want to suffer like my dad did (today he would have been 64). I made the step so far to start the process I just need to send in the paperwork. I have a lot of questions about process before the surgery and if anybody has cigna Healthcare what are the guidelines for surgery pre op, it would help out. Thank you so much
