Being able to fit into a Victoria Secret swimsuit is not something I thought I'd ever see! I'm so excited!

@@jane13 I never had heartburn before the surgery. I have it so bad now that it wakes me in the middle of the night. I can't eat any seasoning or it fires it up. I can say that I'm on medication for it and it helps a lot

@@jane13 7lbs away from 100, that is great. I'm down 70lbs. My only issues are heartburn(I never had before) and I've thrown up a lot. I'm not sure if I'm not chewing slow enough or what but I go to see the doctor on the 9th.

You look fabulous. Keep up the great work. If you don't mind me asking, What was you surgery weight? I started at 236. Currently 168.

I will be a month out in two days and for the last few days I'm experiencing horrible headaches. I am getting all the fluid and protein needed. I'm also taking the vitamins etc that the doctor has advised me to take. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you tried Nectar? It is the only protein that I can stomach and it's yummy. It taste like juice. So far I've had the grape juice flavor and fuzzy navel and really like both.

Pinterest has some great recipes including the ricotta bake. I love cheese and lasagna etc, that's what it put me in mind of, lasagna without the noodles ????

I think I need to get rid of my scale. I have stepped on it every morning since coming home from the hospital and I'm driving myself crazy

I tried that ricotta bake before surgery and loved it! Reminded me of lasagna and that was one of my favs. My kids even enjoyed it
